During the project supervision phase, we monitor the construction work on site. All construction services are to be realised on schedule, comply with the technical specifications, public law approval and quality standards and remain within the agreed costs. Even with large and complex projects, for example in the industrial construction or logistics sector, we keep an overview for you with our project supervision and consistently ensure that construction progresses according to plan.

Precise coordination
Coordination of the various trades during execution is crucial for smooth and efficient implementation. To this end, we draw up a project plan and schedule with clearly defined project rules, interfaces, areas of responsibility and competences and continuously adapt it to the project progress.
We know which work is to be carried out at which location, by whom and at what time, how long this may take and what time estimates are to be taken into account for certain execution steps. We coordinate the deadlines with the building contractors and specialised companies accordingly – for maximum efficiency in the construction process. We also minimise cost-intensive waiting and idle times by structuring projects with foresight and guarantee budget security through precise invoice verification, careful cost control and early cost calculation.
Regular specification check
During project supervision, our interdisciplinary and experienced team regularly checks whether all technical specifications and quality standards are being met. It checks the building materials, compliance with building regulations and standards as well as the craftsmanship.
To ensure a safe working environment for everyone involved and to avoid accidents, we always keep an eye on occupational safety, health protection and compliance with applicable safety regulations. We also take care of checking environmental standards and sustainability aspects during construction execution. We make sure that environmentally friendly building materials are used and that waste is disposed of properly.
Risk management
As with any other large and complex project, the implementation of construction projects is also associated with risks. The overriding aim of our risk management is to ensure that your construction project is completed on time and remains within the planned budget.
Prevent problems at an early stage
Thanks to our project experience, we are familiar with all technical, commercial, scheduling, legal and organizational risks and can also react flexibly and proactively to problems that arise spontaneously. We take suitable precautions against many risks, particularly legal and organizational risks, as early as the planning phase.
Nevertheless, events can occur during construction execution that jeopardise progress. Typical examples are:
- Delivery delays and cancellations
- Technical difficulties such as unexpected ground conditions, obstacles or subsoil problems
- Failures of technical devices
- Unexpected price and cost increases
Ongoing cost control
We check incoming invoices for compliance with contractual agreements and remuneration. Budgeted, agreed and actual costs are constantly compared as part of our cost control process. If deviations occur, we can identify the cost drivers immediately and take countermeasures in good time before they get out of control.
Acceptance and defect management
The prerequisite for acceptance of the trades is that the construction work corresponds to the contractual agreements and order totals. If defects occur, we add them to the list of defects and ensure that they are rectified promptly.
All processes are carefully documented to ensure transparency and legal certainty. Our controlling team takes a particularly close look if additional expenses are subsequently claimed and supports you in the defence against unjustified additional claims.
If warranty and defect rectification claims need to be negotiated and enforced after project completion, we are also at your side with our experience, routine and detailed documentation of all processes.
Handover and warranty management
Once all the agreed construction work has been completed and the finished building has been finally accepted and handed over to you, including the documentation, the project supervision phase is complete. As an option, we can then take over warranty management, i.e. monitor warranty periods and maintenance and warranty plans. If defects occur during the warranty period, we take care of the warranty processes.
