During the basic evaluation and preliminary planning phase, we collaborate with you to document all pertinent requirements and data for the construction project, and conduct a site inspection. In consultation with all relevant specialist planners, we develop initial designs and plans that take functionality, economic efficiency and aesthetic requirements into account.
We define the planning parameters and the rationale for approval, verify the prerequisites, arrange and coordinate all other necessary investigations, such as ground investigations or surveying work, and define a schedule for the subsequent planning and implementation steps.

Basic evaluation
The objective of the basic evaluation is to ascertain the specific requirements based on your individual needs, requirements and prospects. To plan effectively from the inside out, it is essential to gain a comprehensive understanding of the logistical, procedural and organizational processes planned for the desired property, and how these contribute to economic success.
Construction requirements catalogue
We then draw up a construction catalog of requirements based on the client's input, the requirements of the authorities and other stakeholders and the site visits, which forms the basis for further planning. Among other things, it takes into account the space requirements and technical-functional equipment details for each building area, such as energy requirements for heating, hot water, cooling, ventilation, lighting, appliances, machinery and other electrical systems, as well as the energy supply, including emergency power systems and the use of renewable energies such as photovoltaics.
Media requirements such as water supply, wastewater disposal and, if necessary, a gas supply are also included in the catalog of requirements. Added to this are the communication infrastructure, staff requirements, safety precautions, fire protection systems and legal regulations.
Preliminary planning
After the basic evaluation, an interdisciplinary planning team will proceed to address the construction catalog of requirements as part of the preliminary planning phase. This will provide the initial framework and form for your project. A building concept will be developed in close consultation with you and the relevant planning departments.
