New Production Facility for 450 Employees
reflexGroup is one of the leading providers of high-quality systems for heating and hot water supply technology. The company develops and manufactures innovative storage, pressure-maintaining, degassing, and distribution solutions. Strong demand for heat pump technology, along with the challenge of combining alternative energy sources in both existing and new buildings, has created a very high demand for hot water and buffer storage systems.
Against this backdrop, the opening of the new facility for manufacturing hot water storage tanks in Rimavská Sobota (Slovakia) represents a strategic milestone and a core component of an investment program for the future.
With this new facility, the reflexGroup is significantly increasing its own production capacity and setting new technological standards across its network of plants.
As the partner for factory planning, Metroplan was entrusted with providing comprehensive support throughout all phases of the project - from planning and implementation to the opening of the new production facility in June 2026.
The new factory is characterized in particular by the harmonious interplay of efficiency and adaptability within the context of large-scale production. A targeted level of automation and a layout clearly oriented toward material flow are further criteria that significantly distinguish the new factory.
