From Plant Structure Planning to Commissioning of the Factory Expansion

Our client is a leading system provider of separators for various applications. Growth projections have prompted the company to invest in expanding the factory, thereby aligning the site for a more sustainable future.

In the first step, as part of plant structure planning, we establish the fundamental framework conditions for the planned factory expansion. In this phase, we determine the projected space requirements and assess the existing space potential at the site. Taking possible expansion axes into account, we develop plant structure variants for the planned expansion and collaboratively select a preferred option with the client’s experts.

As the project progresses, we work closely with the client’s project team through conceptual and detailed planning. The significant implications of machine dimensions, logistical infrastructure, and the planned testing field on the building necessitate close coordination with the object planning throughout the planning process.

We then oversee and coordinate the implementation process in close collaboration with a large team of experts on the client’s side. Parallel to the physical completion of the construction expansion, we prepare for the ramp-up and commissioning of the factory. This includes relocating existing machines and integrating new equipment while maintaining ongoing operations.
