Invoice digitization

Paper invoices are digitized through optical character recognition (OCR) scanning. Information such as invoice number, date, supplier data and amounts are extracted. Digital workflows streamline the authorization process, enhancing efficiency in invoice processing. The accounting system is being prepared for the e-invoice in ZUGFeRD format, which will become mandatory from 2025 onwards. The objective is to enhance automation and streamline processing by humans and systems.

Digitalization of supply chains

We are implementing a digital supply chain management system with the objective of optimizing supply chain processes. This includes the monitoring and control of supply chain activities in real time, the integration of suppliers and logistics service providers and the use of data analysis and AI technologies to predict supply bottlenecks and optimize stock levels.
