Our client, a leading German pharmaceutical supplier, successfully digitalized and optimized its strategic and operational procurement processes through the implementation of a modern e-procurement solution. The key challenge lay in integrating the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as embedding SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and PS (Project System) processes into the new system.

In close collaboration with the relevant departments, existing processes were analyzed, and opportunities for digitalization were identified.
