Central Platform for Transparent and Efficient Supplier Communication

Our client faced the challenge of standardizing their supplier processes and implementing a unified supplier portal that complies with the requirements of public tenders. The goal was to create a central platform for supplier communication and evaluation, making processes more efficient and transparent.

In close collaboration with the organizations, we first developed a centralized registration and qualification process that considered specific requirements for public tenders. Comprehensive queries were integrated to fully address the legal and organizational requirements of public entities.

Simultaneously, a central platform was introduced using an e-procurement solution, enabling project-based supplier evaluations. This standardized evaluation provides organizations with a transparent foundation for optimizing supplier collaboration in the long term.

Despite the complexity of requirements and the collaboration across six organizations, the project was successfully completed. The success of the project was largely due to the close coordination of all stakeholders and a clear implementation strategy. With the new supplier portal, the Berlin housing associations have established a sustainable foundation for unified and digital supplier communication.
