Operation Footprint scenarios for a JIT supply of an OEM in the Berlin/ Brandenburg area

• Evaluation of the planned figures for the determination of the daily transport demand and preparation of site requirements (floorspace, number of personnel, emission values, technical equipment, etc.)
• Identification of free/available production sites in Poland as well as areas/economical zones which are currently under development
• Development and selection of preferred location (5 of 28 sites), which have been considered in detail below
• Exploratory talks with local authorities, project developers, and landlords to clarify commercial conditions
• Location-based assessment of labor availability, innovativeness, competition, wage structure, subsidies, and transportation costs
• Consolidation of the results and preparation of a decision baseline
