The company is responsible for the supply of electricity, gas, district heating and drinking water as well as the operation of the bus service, swimming pools and drainage.



Digitalisation and automation using eProcurement, optimisation of purchasing costs, focusing of purchasing on value-adding activities and digital invoice processing:

  • Potential analysis and process mapping in purchasing, in the specialist departments and in accounts payable (invoice digitalisation)
  • Development of a pragmatic implementation and digitisation strategy in order to increase the potential in a sustainable way
  • Preparation of the eProcurement implementation of Onventis with a focus on structures, processes, organisation, master data, approval and supplier workflows
  • Organisation and restructuring of purchasing (purchasing 2025)
  • Supplier and commodity group management (including individual catalogue connections), including supplier consolidation and purchasing cost optimisation through invitations to tender
  • Project management and project monitoring (incl. budget control)
