• Evaluate and prepare the plan figures provided to determine the performance requirements in four scenarios
• Selection and evaluation of storage and material flow technology (crane systems, mobile racks, forklift technology for heavy load transports, etc.)
• Creation of process design, process cost calculation and determination of FTE demand on a scenario basis
• Organising and conducting supplier meetings to determine target price offers
• Visualization and documentation of the results for the official tender process
