The aim of the project was to analyse opportunities for optimisation to increase productivity of the hollow block and garden design element moulds in the Hungarian production site:

• Overall lean assessment of the Hungarian production site
• Analyse productivity of the all relevant production and work preparation areas
• Identify bottlenecks in the production process
• Investigation of machine availability, quality and scrap rate, production planning process and organization to develop opportunities for optimisation and increase productivity
• Analyse qualification levels of the production employees and payments to compare it with regional benchmarks
• Evaluate the potential for increasing productivity at the production site
• Develop opportunities for optimisation and set up an overall implementation plan
