Factory structure planning for the four plants in Germany, with the aim of enabling the implementation of the long-term corporate strategy:

• Derive the impact of the corporate strategy on the locations, e.g. the influence of future (focus) technologies
• Derive the area development of the different divisions
• Analyse the material flow and communication relations between the plants and optimise them via site structure
• Identification of development options and restrictions at the different sites
• Creation of a standard site structure adjustment process to ensure target-orientated development
