Recording of processes and dependencies in order to develop location and organizational alternatives:

• Recording of processes and dependencies between network operation, network repair, new construction and inventory management
• Development of location alternatives for the storage areas and organizational alternatives with detailing of the preferred option
• Quantification of the effects and coordination of the schedule and preferred option with the management board
• Planning support with the new construction of corporate headquarters and centralisation of all workshop areas including the employees of the former locations 
• Inventory optimisation at the respective warehouse locations (including ermergency storage, taking the required service level into account)
