Support of online shop launch in 2016. Outsourcing of the whole fulfillment services including backend services to a fulfillment service provider:
- Definition of the logistics processes and customer requirements
- IT process design and mapping in the fulfillment, payment, fraud/risk management, debt/dunning management as well as customer service
- Execution of the tender process with the Metroplan Guided-Engineering approach
