• Preparation of a detailed tender document containing all logistical processes, quantity structures, fluctuation margins, time restrictions, interface to the IT systems involved and contract components.
• Provision of a tender portal, bid structures, benchmarks and candidates for the long list
• Accompanying the negotiations, checking the contract details with the legal departments, negotiating the best possible conditions, assessing the risks of the respective alternatives
• Creation of an implementation plan and development of an objective price/performance comparison
