Our customer is an international leading manufacturer of steel moulds for the concrete products industry. The worldwide operating company develops technical innovations and produces innovative moulds for concrete blocks and stones in five production sites in Europe and North America.


The aim of the project was to optimise the production planning process and to implement a tool to control the production status:

  • Develop a planning tool to control the production process and capacities
  • Backward scheduling of new production orders considering available production capacities and feedback from the productions areas
  • Shopfloor Management implementation for a daily feedback about the manufacturing status, be able to prioritise orders and optimise on-time delivery
  • Development and implementation of a performance-based pay system to motivate the production employees an increase productivity
  • Training of the production management and manufacturing engineering
