Value stream mapping (VSM) and optimisation of the overall flow through all production sites (four production sites, two warehouses):

• Analysis of selected assembly and production processes to identify potentials
• Design of production control and planning process with focus on stability and reduction of throughput time
• Introduction of key figures (OTIF) and review structures
• Dimensioning of production buffers, design and implementation of optimised production layout
• Conversion of the material supply from push- to pull-principle at selected pilot assembly lines
• Lean basic and expert trainings
