• Mapping of the actual distribution structure as a "digital twin" in a professional IT tool
• Weakness analysis in comparison to optimal network structures
• Developing alternative distribution scenarios
• Assignment of postcode areas and preparation of the shipment data of the best scenario for the upcoming tenders
