• Joint development of future volume flows for intralogistics based on recipes, material consumption and long-term sales forecast
• Consolidation of production capacities from currently seven locations to one central location
• Definition of the building design and allocation on the site
• Development of a detailed warehouse concept for raw, trading and finished goods as well as semi-finished products
• Cost and performance comparison between different levels of automations for the internal material movements
• Evaluation of investment and operating costs
