Design and implementation of a levelled production planning and scheduling system based on pull:

  • Value stream analysis of existing processes with focus of planning and scheduling criteria
  • Material flow analysis of product streams with creation of product families
  • ABC/XYZ analysis of all articles per product family
  • Design of a transparent and levelled planning and scheduling concept based on pull
  • Implementation of the designed planning and scheduling concept and training of employees during the ramp up in the new plant
