Services

Development of an intralogistics concept to stabilise security of supply and reduce RTD.

  • Development of a data model and analysis to determine transport and volume-intensive flows
  • Identification of currently existing bottlenecks (e.g. synchronisation and orchestration of intralogistics, challenges in sequencing)
  • Identification and definition of the clock generators and derivation of the corresponding system requirements
  • Identification of organisational and technological optimisation potentials
  • Evaluation of the potentials based on an FTE calculation, investment cost estimate and realisation period
  • Development of two optimised layout scenarios according to different premises (fast implementation vs. visionary outlook) including collaborative selection of the preferred variant
