- Development of the strategic site alignment and evaluation of existing planning assumptions and concept ideas
- Determination of restrictive conditions against the background of the identification of possible expansion axes
- Detailed recording of as-is space situation
- Creation of target scenarios and scaling of space demand
- Creation of three basic expansion scenarios and pre-selection of the preferred option to be considered
