Students
Printing, making coffee, and running errands … we can handle that ourselves. We’re looking for students who know how to combine the demands of technical efficiency with the creative possibilities of construction—and who are eager to apply this skill in exciting national and international industrial construction projects.
Interested? Let’s get more specific…
What you can expect:
- Gain insights into the processes, structures, and organizational workflows of leading national and international companies across diverse industries through our projects.
- Support our project teams with conceptual, analytical, and planning tasks. From initial site analyses and creating technical drawings to realization controlling, you’ll experience the full spectrum of object planning.
- Advance our operational performance both practically through active project involvement and theoretically through your master’s thesis. We welcome your ideas for potential thesis topics (e.g., in project management or exploring new methodologies and tools).
- Become an integral part of our development projects, maximizing your efficiency during your time with us. We avoid administrative overload and focus on leveraging your strengths.
What we expect from you:
- You’re enrolled in a master’s program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field—grades matter but aren’t everything.
- We’ll take special notice if you’ve gained initial experience in technical project management—whether in an industrial or consulting environment.
- Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD, Nemetschek ALLPLAN, Excel, or PowerPoint is essential to visually present and document our results. You don’t need to master everything but should have a high level of adaptability and eagerness to learn.
- We’re looking for team players—project management is not a solo discipline.
What we offer:
- A vibrant community: Whether you’re from Hamburg or just here for the internship, you’ll be part of a dynamic group of students in various roles. Share experiences, learn from peers, and expand your network.
- Shaping from day one: After a compact onboarding phase, you’ll take on your first work packages and progressively expand your responsibilities.
- On-the-job training: With daily new challenges, you’ll continuously develop your potential in the workplace.
- Project leadership as mentorship: Your project lead will provide a supportive framework combining independence, guidance, and regular feedback to foster your growth.
- A medium-sized company with lean structures: We value pragmatism over long-winded processes and foster open-door communication for ongoing exchanges.
- Open, honest, and flexible: While we have an internal hierarchy, we believe in the value of diverse perspectives and encourage constructive discussions.
- Hybrid work formats: Enjoy flexibility with work locations—whether in our modern Hamburg office, from home, or at our client’s production sites, your work will be varied and adaptable.
- “Hamburg, my pearl”: Work in a modern, well-equipped office in the heart of Hamburg, with plenty of opportunities for after-work activities nearby—think Kiez or Schanze!
- A variety of benefits: In addition to fair compensation, we offer diverse additional perks.
- Growth together: After successfully completing your master’s thesis, you’ll have the chance to qualify for an open position. We’re committed to growing with you and supporting your career entry.
If your profile doesn’t meet all the criteria, don’t hesitate to apply anyway. We welcome diverse candidates!
